ANM Floor & Wall Designs transformed this tired corridor by first preparing and smoothing the existing subfloor (as shown in the “before” image), creating a clean, level base ready for a long-lasting finish. The space was then completed with a wood-effect LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) / vinyl plank floor, laid in a modern plank pattern to give the warmth of natural timber with the practicality needed for busy areas. The result is a hard-wearing, easy-to-clean surface that’s ideal for high footfall environments, while instantly making the hallway feel brighter, smarter, and more welcoming.

In this project, the “before” image shows the space mid-prep, after ANM Floor & Wall Designs had already started stripping back and preparing the existing floor ready for new vinyl. With the old finish removed and the base exposed, the team carried out repairs and smoothing around key details like drainage points, creating a clean, level surface that would perform properly long-term. The finished install is a commercial-grade safety vinyl floor—a slip-resistant, non-porous material designed for busy environments where hygiene and durability matter.
